PURPOSE:To manufacture mechanical part having excellent heat dissipation and mechancal strength, by filling the voids of a foamed metal part with a heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant plastic material. CONSTITUTION:A metal such as Ni, Cu, Fe, etc., is foamed and molded to obtain a skeleton of a mechanical part. The voids of the part is filled with a heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant plastic material by casting, injection molding, compression moldin, etc. EFFECT:A mechanical part having abrasion-resistant frictional part, can be obtained while keeping the moldability and high precision characteristic of the plastic material, and high heat dissipation and mechanical strength characteristic of metal.
