PURPOSE:To obtain an easy to use electrical appliance for vehicle eliminating battery change by operating an electrical appliance such as speedometer installed to a bicycle with a power of a solar battery adapted to generate power by a sunlight in the daytime and a light of headlamp at night. CONSTITUTION:An electrical appliance case 1 is made up of a head light housing 3 with a lens 2 and a speedometer housing 5 having a display window 4 at the upper portion. The head light housing 3 holds a reflector 6, a bulb 8, a load plate 9 and an earthing plate 10 while the speedometer housing 5 holds a liquid crystal display 11, an control button 12, a control circuit 13 containing a C-MOS type IC and a printed circuit board 15 equipped with a charging capacitor 14. In addition, a solar battery 16 is fixed in a recess 17 below the reflector 6 and connected to the printed circuit board 15 with a feed code 18. The solar battery 16 generates power with direct incidence of sunlight in the daytime and incidence of light from a bulb 8 turned ON with a bicycle generator at night to serve for the liquid crystal display 11.
