PURPOSE:To facilitate routine inspection, and to improve maintenance and inspection property by bringing an electric apparatus to a rotatable state while forming the electric apparatus in structure in which the apparatus can be mounted or demounted easily. CONSTITUTION:When inspecting a gate drive unit 60 for a semiconductor for a chopper device, a fitting bolt 56 is removed, and the unit 60 is turned while using a roller 64 as a fulcrum. A long hole 63A for a link 63 and a shaft bolt 67 slide, and the unit 60 is kept at an inclined position. When the unit 60 is mounted or demounted, a circular section 62A at the nose of a link 62 placing on a roller receiving fitting 68 is slipped off when pulling a handle 61B, and the roller 64 is slipped off, and the unit 60 can be removed from an outer box 2.
