PURPOSE:To grasp the delay of production without performing the generation of a progress cancellation ledger nor canceling operation. CONSTITUTION:A production execution schedule which is generated in a production scheduling department 1 is registered in a production execution schedule data base 5 by a production execution schedule data registration part 4. In a production department 9, production is carried out according to the production execution schedule read out of the production execution schedule data base 5 by an operation indication part 6. The operation result of the production department 9 gathered by an operation result data gathering part 12 is registered in an operation result data base 13. A production delay alarm display part 14 checks the production execution schedule from the production execution schedule data base 5 and the production result from the operation result data base 13. The production delay alarm display part 14 detects a schedule which is delayed, department by department, from the check result and automatically displays the schedule on an alarm display screen 15.
