PURPOSE: To provide an on-vehicle electric accessory which can be set using no interior exclusive wiring by detecting whether or not an automobile is in operation by means of simple wiring works in the front section of a car body. ;CONSTITUTION: A signal showing that the ignition switch or the ACC switch of an automobile is turned on or off is generated by letting connection to an AC voltage transfer means 13 be made between the terminals of a power switch for other accessories having power wiring passing through the ignition switch or the ACC switch which are set in the car body of an the automobile.
