PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power replenishment without interruption by immediately performing a rotation operation for a rotation operation tool provided at the outside of a portable electrical equipment when approach of shortage of power of a battery in the portable electrical equipment is confirmed by a residual quantity meter. ;SOLUTION: In a portable electrical equipment such as a video movie 1 and a portable telephone set driven by a battery 12, an auxiliary power supply device 2 constituted of a spring 6 wound and fastened by a rotation operation tool 2 provided at the outside of an electrical equipment main body and a generator 10 generating power by open elastic force of the spring 6 is incorporated into the electrical equipment main body.
