PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable contact of a terminal piece in a battery storage part with an electrode of a battery. SOLUTION: The electrical equipment is constituted by the battery storage part provided with a lid 3, in which the battery 9 having electrodes 92, 92 exposed to an end side surface 91 is charged from a direction along the side surface and can be stored; an elastic terminal piece 5 infiltrated into the battery storage part 2 and contactable with the electrodes 92, 92 of the battery; a slide piece 6 pushed by the lid 3 and sliding, when the lid 3 is closed; and a direction conversion means 7 for converting a movement of the slide piece 6, when the lid 3 is closed to a force so that the terminal piece 5 presses the electrode 92.
