PURPOSE: An electronic system for vehicle is provided to simplify a structure and perform easily a control operation by arranging a motor-generator unit between an engine and a transmission. CONSTITUTION: An electronic system for vehicle includes a battery unit(170), a motor-generator unit(120), and a control unit(160). The battery unit(170) outputs the setup voltage of 14V or more volt. The motor-generator unit(120) is inserted between an engine and a transmission in order to perform selectively a function of a motor for driving the engine and a function of a generator driven by the engine. The control unit(160) controls the power of the motor-generator, charges the battery unit, and supplies the power of the battery unit to the motor-generator unit.
