PURPOSE: A vibrator and a fabricating method thereof are provided to simplify an assembling process and reduce the manufacturing cost by forming a ring-shaped vibration plate with one body. CONSTITUTION: A disk(12) includes a projection(14). An inside of a permanent magnet(16) is installed at an upper part of an edge of the disc. A support ring(18) is installed at an upper side of the permanent magnet. The support ring is located on a center of a vibration plate(22). An upper cover(24) and a lower cover(26) are used for fixing an outer part of the vibration plate. A solenoid coil(28) is wound around a tube member(30). The tube member is inserted between the support ring and the outer wall of the projection. The vibration plate is fixed between contact faces of the support ring and the permanent magnet.
