PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a power converter, having a lamination unit in which a power card and a cooler are alternately laminated, satisfying a noise reduction effect, a cooling effect and load bearing in a well balanced manner.;SOLUTION: A power converter 100 includes: a lamination unit 10 in which a power card 3, accommodating a switching element, and a cooler 2 are alternately laminated; and a metal housing 50. The power card 3 includes a heat sink 33 which is disposed on a side face opposite to the cooler 2 and conducts with the switching element. The cooler 2 includes: a resin housing 20 having an opening 21 on a side face opposite to the heat sink 33; and a metal cover plate 4 for covering the opening.
