A collection device (2) is provided at an inner chamber of the box (1). A support post (3) is fixedly connected at two sides of the top portion of the box (1). A horizontal plate (4) is fixedly connected to a top portion of the support post (3). A driving device (5) is disposed at two sides of a bottom portion of the horizontal plate (4).
