Firstly, I wondered if I did the right thing? It's always a worry when you pay a lot of money for anything you have not seen in the flesh (so to speak). I've had around 6 different mobility scooters over the years, all being 8mph or thereabouts, but am a permenant wheelchair user, so am unable to actually get off any scooter until I'm back home, My husband has an illness, so walking has become a huge chore for him, we are young at heart and want to go out exploring together on something that doesn't shout out "disability" (I hope I do not offend anyone, I've been a wheelchair user for 16/17 years) Well, these 2 beauties we've just got, definately do not look or feel like anything mobility related at all, Apart from them having 3 wheels (so I don't fall over like a right plonker) They are compact, yet big enough, as my husband is 6'3", so the adjustable back rest with attached armrests, can be slid either furthest back, or for me, furthest forward, I was so pleased I could hold on to the handlebars, operate the throttle (which by the way is SO easy) and still have my elbows supported nicely on the armrests, so yes, I felt I was in a comfy armchair. Now, dispite having been a seasoned scooter user for many many years, I've never used a 3 wheeler, I suppose I've been a bit wary of stability, but I must point out, this 3 wheeler was so much easier to steer, I was genuinely surprised, so if you were a bit concerned about how difficult it may be to steer, don't be, it's easy peasy, Now for the more important issues, these scooters are not for the very nervous of faint hearted, these scooters do not (they Can do, but with great difficulty and practice) travel nice and smooth at walking pace! These are not the type of scooter you could take around a shop, (well with my experience with using scooters and wheelchairs I definately would not) I'd say yes to a large (quite large, like really large) shopping centre, provided it wasn't on a Saturday, or market day, This scooter is not for small busy pavements, where there are people in front of you, or to the side of you, And don't attempt to take it in your house! This type of scooter will take you to your neighbouring village, it will go on the road, (but seriously, UK users, don't flaunt that you can do 16mph, as some jealous sew in sew, will dob you in, just be sensible, whizz when no-one is looking) This will take you to Tesco, but Not In TESCO! This scooter will give you freedom, wind in your hair, (I've ordered a universal scooter windscreen for £30 off ebay today as the speed I was testing out on a medium day in October, made my eyes water) I hasten to add, in a very good way 😊 Where was I, oh yeah, this scooter is (in my opinion) for transport, obviously it cannot compare to a car, but for whatever reason you cannot drive anymore, or cannot drive anyway but want to get from A to B in the quickest time you can on the cost of a bit of electric (charging time, and calculation of new batteries in the future) You really cannot get better than this, This is really the most stylish, most affordable, best quality bit of kit you are going to get for your money, I highly recommend this, if you want to have a bit of "good" fun in your transportational needs, and are happy to not wanting to go at snail pace absolutely ALL the time, EVERYWHERE you go, Treat this as you would a car or motorbike, but without the tax, MOT and petrol costs, Buy it, and enjoy it, Read full review

An absolute bargain. It is so very easy to ride as long as you stick to the speed limit. If you go to fast it can be trouble on a sharp corner. The speed can be limited, which I recommend as Insurance will only cover you up to 8mph and if they find out you were going over this It could be very expensive for you. My Insurance Company has warned me about this so ask for this to be done when you buy it. The Scooter is very solid and strong and comfortable to ride. The luggage compartment and the provided basket give you plenty of room for your shopping. The two horns and two mirrors are very useful. I am more than pleased with mine and do not regret buying it for one minute. It allows me to go miles on one charge. I have registered mine with the DVLC and now have a number plate, so am legally on the road when I wish to use it to go into town. No complaints and would highly recommend anyone to buy one. If you are looking for s scooter to get you out and about, this is a great scooter. If you need a scooter to drive into Tesco or into any other shop, this is not for you. On the 4mph setting the throttle - speed - control is too on and off. I is too abrupt for even a crowded prescinct. If you need a shop friendly scooter, get a shop crawler. If you are looking for a good day out, buy one of these, and get a smile on your face 😊

Excellent machine at such good value. However, smooth start a bit difficult in forward gear but fine in reverse, despite having detailed advice from company, (Really excellent customer service) which I carried out in detail. This can be a bit annoying when being among pedestrians. Otherwise a fine machine Mr. Lindsay Stevens.
