PURPOSE:To compensate the torque 

fluctuation of an electric vehicle effectively 

by detecting the reaching of the power 

factor and output voltage of a power 

converter to a predetermined maximum 

value and adjusting a frequency control

CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 10 is
