摘要：

房地产行业是我国的支柱产业之一，

房地产行业的繁荣和稳定，

对整个国民经济的稳

定运行和发展起着十分重要的作用。

同时，房地产业也是公认的产业链长，

数据量大，

投资

周期长，不确定性和风险程度高的行业。

近年来房地产行业飞速发展，

在行业出现规模化扩张、

业务高速增长、

普遍采用集团化

运作模式的情况下，

出现了许多诸如信息不对称，

异地审批延误等管理问题。

而房地产管理

信息系统可以帮助企业解决上述问题，

并进一步提升、

优化现有管理模式，

进而增强企业对

市场的快速反应能力和企业核心竞争力。

本文通过对民营房地产开发企业的调查，

初步掌握了将房地产开发企业组织战略集向管

理信息系统战略集转换的方法，

并通过对房地产开发企业部分工作流程的调查分析，

总结出

房地产开发企业的招标业务流程图，并将其转换成数据流程图。

abstract 

：

The real estate industry is a very important industry in China. The real estate industry 

can contribute to the development of other industries. Because the real estate industry long chain, 

there is large volumes of data, long investment cycle, uncertainty and a high degree of risk in the 

industry. 

In recent years, the real estate industry is developed rapidly, for the mode of operation of the 

group; there were much asymmetric information, remote approval delays. Real estate management 

information 

systems 

can 

help 

enterprises 

address 

these 

issues, 

and 

to 

enhance 

and 

optimize 

the 

existing management model. 

In this paper, we survey private real estate development enterprises, and we convert the real 

estate development enterprise organizational strategy set to the management information system 

strategy set. Base on management information system strategy set, we analysis the workflow in 

real estate development enterprises and convert it into a data flow.
