Term 4
Welcome back to Term 4, summer uniform, daylight saving, inspiring and innovative learning opportunities and the Spring Fair.
Staff
Staff returned on Monday 9 October and participated in professional conversations during which we explored a range of topics and issues.
A Cautionary Tale
As parents and teachers as we are often challenged by the choices and behaviours of our children / students.
Room 1
Over the course of the two week School holiday period, Room 1 has enjoyed an array of exciting and interesting learning experiences.
Room 2
Room 2 have had a fun and memorable two week School holiday program.
Room 3
During the school holidays, the children in Room 3 had a wonderful time walking around the School grounds, exploring the Hills Grammar Campus.

From Barcelona to Hills Grammar
During Term 3 I took long service leave to work on my doctorate, including spending the month of September at a Writer and Artist Residency in Barcelona.
Transition - Leaping into Year 7
Following on from their enjoyable Taster Day in September, Year 6 students will continue their transition into Year 7 this term.
It’s Child’s Play – Adults Step Back!
Throughout the second half of term 2, I focused intentionally on visiting the various playground areas before school, at recess and at lunch.
Northside Gifted and Talented Network
As part of our membership of the Northside Gifted and Talented Network, selected students from Stage One attended a workshop at Masada College.
Inside a Kids Head
On 20 September the Junior Drama Ensemble performed their production of Inside a Kids Head in the Blue Box Theatre.

Castle Hill Library - HSC Students
Castle Hill Library will open their doors exclusively for HSC students on Sunday mornings, from Sunday 1 October to Sunday 22 October, between 9.30am to 1pm.
