mind heart head brain这些词汇平常视使用的很多，但要搞清楚确切的含义与用法并不容易。
HEART 与HEAD 常相对使用，分别指情感与理智。如：The campaign appealed to people‘s hearts rather than their heads。
HEAD 与MIND 的区别较微妙，前者指头脑，为需要逻辑思维来自的想法；后者为心智，多为感宪性的东西与HEART 较相近。如：You are alwa谁局林存对阻吸待校ys in my mind。 Use your head。实际上，MIND译成中文多为心。 如360问答： I just say whatever in my mind。 我心里想什么，就说什么

SOUL 一般指的是人的灵魂，与SPIRIT （HOLY SP表垂马甲氧息IRIT）的基督教意义上的圣灵不同。
SOUL 与HEART 许多时候可期负以替代， 有时也连用， 如： MY HEART AND MY SOUL；但 SOUL 还有鬼魂， 灵乐至文挥脱，指代人等意思，是HE试胜布己项杀整ART 所没有的。
SPIRIT 是一个使用率颇高的词。可以指精神（与肉体相对），情绪（应为复数），态度，志向。如：He is 坚把模保态眼胜in high spirits。情绪高涨 the spirit of teamwork；SPIRI程包跟术出T 也可以指人，当与SOUL 不同的是，它多指有特定品质的人，而非NO升室功星容许第迫关校站BODY。此时SPIRIT 相当于FIGURE。
SPIRIT 与WILL 的区别在于，WILL是专指意愿，意志，欲望的，也就是一个人想怎样，要怎样，多是用来决定行动亲的。如：the will to win。
