Laserjet M1212nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

LaserJet M1212nf:  stuck on "initializing...." screen when you turn the printer on.  Nothing prints, copies, etc.   I've unplugged, waited for 30 seconds and turned the machine back on while pressing the Copy and X buttons, but nothing changes.   What other options do I have to restore this device?  Are there any software or hardware resolutions?  Thanks
