Mine is B310s-927, I too went the same lane and got this same response. Well, The issue isn't the Windows 10, rather it's the 21.311.xxxx software version of the modem. I later paid £8 to unlock it online.

Just use the order form and chat support team by sending your PayPal transaction ID once payment is made. He told me to wait for 3days and I opted for refund because I thought it should be instant, he replied that its a very new algo and its gonna take time, BUT I finally got the code 32hours after payment.
After unlocking, you won't be able to create a new APN profile because the software version doesn't have it and if you are from Nigeria, Ntel network won't browse in this modem after unlocking it, until you create a new APN profile. I found a workaround to that, Inbox me if you need it.

Even though you get a v4 calc, you won't be able to use it because it uses hash and not IMEI.

i have a good challenge with a usb modem its huawei E303s-2 by vodafone egypt. web UI i switch it to port to deal with it and i have the code V 1 and V 2 and V 3 but the problem it come with 0 try so i cant enter any unlock code i tried to reset the unlock counter but its not working with the command by DC-unlocker but it gives me an error and tried to send the command with SerialCommunicator but error and i tried to reset the counter with Sola and Huawei Modem Unlocker and Huawei Tool v2.4.2.0 but no way at last i decide to flash it with unlocked frameware but i dont know which one will be correct or compatible with it.... the modem Software version: 22.157.78.00.37 -- and the Web UI version: 11.010.06.00.37 so any suggestion

Thanks i only realized that after i posted it. Even if i solder the usb to the modem and connect it to my system it doesn't work. Im thinking its its the drivers but my soldering wasn't all that. Im getting someone to do the soldering then, reinstalling the drivers. Any advice would be nice right now

38If you have an Huawei Dongle and Router that needs unlock code, flash code, hash code etc you can get generate the codes yourself from the following links.

Procedure for getting DATALOCK code with your new firmware (21.3xx.yy.zz) is long. Dismantling modem is needed.
