Can't get wi-fi on either version 
Running 1.54 & 4A.17.3250.14.
3G & BT appear to be working normally.
Came from ARHD 12.3 where everything worked as it should.
Any ideas anyone?

+1 Wifi shows as being turned on in settings but does not appear on the header. Also, if you do a full wipe setup doesnt see any wifi.

What's somewhat irritating is that they took the old versions offline and you can't download them anymore. Now I'm stuck with a version I can't use. At least not until they post a working copy. Sure, I can download another rom.... sigh.

Yup - think I might stick with 13.2 for a bit!
13.2 is super stable and works flawlessly.

I just updated my stock from 2.24.401.1 to 2.24.401.8 via OTA, no wifi trouble
maybe the OTA flashes something in firmware? or specific to some hardware? some people received it as 2.24.401.9
Hard to say - this is a stock system dump. apart of firmware.zip there is nothing extra that can be flashed via OTA.
Yes, I've heard about .9 too. Maybe it has some solution.
On the OP, it says to get official updates from HTC I need to be running the odexed version of the stock rom. For that, stock recovery and boot.img is required. Thanks for the link to the stock recovery. But where is the link to the stock boot.img. Is it included in the ROM? [Noob alert.]

Ok, sorry @Mike1986 for my post, i find a solution and now all work like a charm.
Problem in your boot.img, when i flash boot.img from last OTA 2.24.401.8 firmware.zip, WiFi work.
I check two boot (your and from firmware) and they not same.

from where did you get the boot img of the OTA firmware? can you send the link or upload the boot.img?
