Ciao Alessandro complimenti per la bellissima e fluidissima ROM (anche i consumi, cui sono attento) sono veramente ottimi.
Due appunti.
Partendo da una installazione pulita (wipe di tutto) ho notato che mi ha caricato una sveglia (con l'icona sulla status bar) sebbene non avessi impostato alcuna sveglia.
poi un bug importante, per lo meno nella mia configurazione:
vado sul menu Sicurezza, Limite Invio SMS e l'applicazione crasha :(
non ho notato, per adesso, altre anomalie .....

SMS question

Hi,

I've just started to use this ROM. It seems to be good but I have a problem with SMS application. I can not restore the SMS messages from a backup file. The restore process reports itself completed but the SMS application shows only the new incoming messages. Is it possible that SMS application uses a different folder for messages? I came from Purity 4.3 ROM. How could I solve it easily?

Emh... On KitKat you have to set the app of backup or restore app, ad default SMS app in Settings. So, obliouvsly it isn't an app's problem.

Hi,
thanks. I did not restore any app but tried to restore only messages from a backup. I also used the call log backup which worked without any problem. Since I tried few another SMS app but same result so that's why I think the folder of messages is may different in 4.4.2 than it was in 4.3

When I capture a photosphere... I can't view it in the gallery or any other image viewing app.

And.. I can't seem to login into my Cyanogenmod account... but no worries.. not that important..

EDIT: Just noticed that in the latest update, when updating/ installing apps from the play store, the progress bar remains blue, and no remaining time/ speed is shown...

Quick review

So I flashed this ROM yesterday. On my first impression it felt very slow as compared to other ROMS.
Even though it has a new and beautiful interface and all the feature I like, I was going to move to my backup then I thought lets give it a go & I flashed Franco Kernel on it. I was amazed at the performance after flashing Franco. It is blazing fast now & I am constantly getting 400+ free RAM.
I would recommend this ROM to everyone, give it a try with Franco Kernel you won't be disappointed. :highfive:

This Rom is awesome! Super battery! But how i can resolve the system UI crash i have sometime? In the cyanogen forum say this: "the UI problems and freezes and all kinds of related stuff is due to the new Theme Engine of the rom"
