steps to reproduce:
1. Launch marketplace-dev on your unagi phone
2. Log in
3. Search for private yacht
4. Click on the purchase button 

expected behavior:
Purchase flow is triggered.

observed behavior:
The button status changes to "Purchasing" for a second and then reverts to the app price since the POST fails with a 403.

additional info:
I had purchased/installed this app previously using a different account. I deleted the app and was logged in as a different user when I noticed the 403.

So we don't allow multiple purchases of the app if we think you've installed it already. This smells like a consumer page caching issue. Im not sure if bug 833955 fixes it. Perhaps on a 403 on this, we should just reload the page?

Added some logging, but I'm blocked by bug 843842 at the moment.

I went through the STR on today's build and I can't reproduce it. After logging in as a new user, the app purchased without any difficulty. Since it's been a while and a lot of code has changed, I'm closing it for now. We can re-open if it happens again.
