CA is re-writing CPS in RFC 3647 format.

I need a status update on MSC Trustgate's efforts to make progress on the tasks required in order for me to move this inclusion request forward.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.

We have created a Root Inclusion Case in CCADB and updated the progress of Audit Data and Root Cases. However, there is a message of the Auditor Verification Date is older than a year. We would like to know how Baker Tilly (the auditor) could be updated.
