解决方案

  将相关的、适时的事件信息通知用户。
  当用户关注别处时，将重要的更新信息推送给他们。由于消息通知打断了用户的操作，因此要适当地调整消息通知的频率和相关度。允许用户通过设置来停止或更改消息通知。创建个性化的、概括性的、适时的消息通知，用户可以将消息通知作为入口点来获取更加详细的内容。
  采用消息通知让用户了解重要的更新：好友发过来的消息、新朋友的好友申请、周边动态，以及更多其它信息。[3]
跨设备
  按理说，用户处理完一条消息通知后就不会再见到它，但在另外一台更适合处理该消息通知的设备上，用户应该可以查到这条处理过的消息[4]。消息通知应该同步推送到用户的所有设备上。
降低中断频率
  消息通知本质上具有吸引力和打断能力，它用于将用户的注意力从别处吸引到重要的事件上[5]。当打断用户行为时要三思而后行：不要将当前能看得到的信息（例如实时聊天信息）推送给用户；不要将不需要用户关心的技术细节推送给用户；如果不需要用户参与就可以解决问题，就不要把错误信息推送给用户
允许取消通知
  允许取消消息通知。用户可以在应用系统设置中停止消息通知或着更改消息通知的频率。
提供概要信息
  将同一类型的多条消息汇总为一个概要信息，并显示总共有多少条消息被挂起。可以考虑当点击概要信息时，将其展开并显示其中的详细信息.[6]
提供执行方法
  将执行按钮与消息通知关联在一起，这样用户不用打开原始网页位置就可以快速处理常见的消息任务[7]。执行方法仅在与消息通知的默认执行方法不一致时可用，并且方法应该明确，不会有歧义。执行方法还要有意义，具备时效性，能与消息通知内容相符，可以让用户顺利完成任务。
