Anybody who has something to say about the way Jim Harbaugh runs his program better not expect to get away with it without hearing from the Michigan Wolverines coach himself.

Especially in the social media age.

Earlier this year, TheWolverine.com (via Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press) reported that Harbaugh is planning on taking his team down to Florida to hold part of its spring practice at the IMG Academy. While Michigan fans may not take issue with that plan, plenty of others—such as the Southeastern Conference—has a problem with it.

The SEC, according to Dennis Dodd of CBSSports.com, has already attempted to stop the Wolverines' Florida trip from happening. Coincidentally, Harbaugh sent out a tweet about the attractiveness of whining the day that report came out.

The Harbaugh-SEC feud has yet to calm down, with Georgia Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart the latest to speak out about Michigan's trip.

During a recent appearance at the Macon Touchdown Club, Smart fielded questions and was immediately asked about Harbaugh's tactics. Here's what the Georgia coach had to say about the Wolverines, per Seth Emerson of DawgNation:

They're obviously trying to gain a competitive advantage and that's their right. But I think the NCAA in due time will have to step in. ...

There's a lot of factors that people don't think about in that deal. You've gotta think about recruiting rules, how are they going to handle those, is it an advantage, disadvantage? Are they gonna let other coaches come to it, are they gonna hold open practices? Do we all come in there and watch them and scout them? If they're all open practices why don't we go and watch them. It's a Pandora's Box of what it's going to get into, obviously.

Harbaugh's response?

If the Georgia coach is implying any intent on our part to break rules, he is barking up the wrong tree.

Wow. He didn't even mess around with subtweeting. He just came right out and said what he was thinking.

This "Harbaugh vs. the SEC" battle appears to be far from over.
