Every question I had was answered efficiently. The policy that I have is good for a first-time apartment owner like myself.. it covers what I needed to cover and it was reasonably easy to sign up for it.
I set up my policy with Homebody online and their website was pretty manageable. It took me less than 15 minutes to finish. I had to speak to somebody once to reset my account and they were very personable and helpful.
My experience was great...I had no idea what I was doing, but I got it done.
