很荣幸有这次机会，我是辉盛(RISE DESIGN)品牌设计公司的创意总监王鹏，从2005年开始，就一直在从事关于品牌识别与企业设计的工作，我们有一个年轻但富有活力的设计团队，几年来与众多地区和国际客户建立合作，同时也在不断学习，不断提升。
I am honored to have this opportunity, I’m Uran Peng, Creative Director of RISE DESIGN, and I have been engaging in the work of brand identity and corporate design since 2005. We have a young but vigorous design team which for years continuously learned and improved itself at the time of establishing cooperation relationship with various regional and international clients.
我们时常关注一些国际上知名的设计团体与组织，我们在几个设计类网站上都有圈子，这使我们与国外一些顶尖设计师能保持联络与沟通，他们的作品经常给我们以灵感，当然，还包括NewWebPick，这里有众多天才的精彩作品。
We are always concerned about some international well-known design groups and organizations and we have a design circle on some design website, which make us keep contact and communication with some foreign top designers whose works often give us the inspiration, of course, also including NewWebPick, there are many wonderful works of geniuses.
我想这个问题应该由我们的客户来解答，商业设计最终还要为企业创造价值，但从我的视角来看，我非常喜欢我们为StarCreative、Powerful、ZincPower、Royal Ceramics所做的品牌形象设计。
I think this question should be answered by our customers, business design will eventually create value for the enterprise, but from my perspective, I like our brand designs made for StarCreative, Powerful, ZincPower and Royal Ceramics very much.
我们的团队因为对设计的热爱而走到一起，这也是我们持续保持优势的重要因素。经过商业设计项目的不断积累与成功，使得我们更加珍惜在一起的工作机会。另外我对于陌生行业与领域会保持超常的兴趣，在我看来，这也是学习和掌握新知识的机会。
Members of our team walk together for the love of design, which is an important factor made us continuously keep competitive edge. Through continuous accumulation and success of commercial design projects, we cherish the opportunity to work together more. In addition, I keep extraordinary interest in strange industry and field, in my opinion, it’s also an opportunity to learn and master new knowledge.
除去一堆新品牌的设计以外，我们最近准备制作一套辉盛作品的图册，这其中将包括我们从业几年以来的最精彩的作品，我们视其为辉盛最重要的作品之一。
Besides a bunch of new brand designs, we recently prepare to make a set of self-promotion picture brochures which will include the most wonderful works in these years and will be regarded as one of most important works in RISE DESIGN.
我觉得不要只关注设计与技法本身，设计以外的知识往往比技术本身更重要。至少在中国目前的现状是这样的，对于同时兼顾经营与创作的设计师，持续的发展是最重要的事情。
I think the designer should not only concern about the design and technique itself because other knowledge ourside of the design is often more important than the technology itself. At least it is the current status quo in China, for designers taking into account the business and creation, sustainable development is the most important thing.
