Controlling Specialist

SAP Responsibilities:1.Coordinate the GSSO for monthly closing process and year end closing process, and ensure the accuracy of the financial reports and financial management reports2.Coordinate the ICS process to supervise and close the internal control risk points3.Support internal / external financial audit , and the preparation and completion of the audit PBC list;Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports. Assist in the implementation of strict acｃｏｕｎｔing standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results. Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings4.Perform fixed assets (tangible and intangible) operation, including FA ａｄｄition, internal and external transfer, disposal etc. Take action for long-aged items of CIP and ensure the healthy status of the acｃｏｕｎｔs' balance5.Complete timely and accurately financial monthly closing process 6. Responsible for the fixed assets forecast / planning process7.Work closely with business team and project team to solve fixed assets related problems 8. Follow up the Group's investment approval process, and improve the investment management process in plant9.Support the FA stock taking and inventory stock taking processRequirements:1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Acｃｏｕｎｔing/Finance.2.Min. 2 years of professional experience in the field of investment controlling & acｃｏｕｎｔing3.Fluent in oral and written English4.Profound MS Office and SAP FI&CO knowledge5.Proven skills in profitability analysis and KPI reporting6.Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
