| I stay in Pokhran Road No 2, Thane near Upawan Lake. I am working in Goregaon IT Park, 2.5 km away from Dindoshi Bus Depot. As there is no bus from Ghodbunder Road till Dindoshi.One has to go from Majiwada to Borivli and then from Borivli to Dindoshi.For me again I have to take a bus till Santosh Nagar or take a rickshaw. It would be great if bus can be started from Upawan Lake or Neelkanth Bus Depo/Stop till Dindoshi via Ghodbunder. There are many people who travel from Ghodbunder till Dindoshi. Please start any bus from Upawan Lake or Pawar Nagar till Dindoshi. Many thanks |

Also it should be compulsory for drivers to stop bus at all its stop wether passenger is there on bus stop or not. Drivers and Conductors will be paid bonus based on tickets fare collection. |

| If BEST starts the ring route from Malad station to Malad station via Marve road, Orlem, Mith chowki, Chincholi Bundar to Malad station and same way anti clockwise from Malad station via Chincholi Phatak, Chincholi Bundar, Mith chowki, Orlem to Malad station which will help several commuters who travel to call centers, malls and several schools. | Many of the BEST buses including 495 dont have proper number plates, most of the times the bus numbers are written in chalks which makes it difficult for us to read the bus numbers at night. The bus numbers should be properly illuminated and proper information of the destination should be written. 495 still shows as Gawanpada where as it goes upto Mulund east fire brigade via Neelam Nagar.I write this on behalf of everybody including many senior citizens who crib about this situation but dont know where to get help from.Would be very grateful if this problem is soved on an urgent basis.
