Forum title missing in forum.php title

The forum tittle apperast everywhere... except at the forum.php title.
It just shows: "Forum - Powered by Discuz!"...

Are you talking about the "SITE NAME" that is set in AdminCenter?
I see the same behavior in original Chinese version too,
in forum.php, portal.php and home.php.
