Thermal Imaging Services
Thermal imaging is a powerful tool for detecting and pinpointing water intrusion inside a RV. By scanning ceilings, walls, and floors, I can detect areas with unusual temperature patterns that may indicate leaks or water buildup. This helps locating hidden water intrusion, such as at a ceiling fan or skylight, windows and doors. Any protrusion to the exterior, behind cabinets or under flooring, allowing you to address the issue before it causes significant damage or even mold growth.
Service Fees
Service Call Travel Fee
A retainer fee for the Service Call is required for all customers. This fee covers the costs for the technician to travel to and from your location and return.
(We do not charge a retainer fee for travel less than 1 mile)
First Hour of Labor
Covers the first hour of labor on site after mobilizing to customer's location. We are typically able to review the customer's concern, attempt to diagnose the root cause and in many cases may be able to remedy the issue within the first hour.
We offer a 10% discount on our standard labor rate for active-duty military, veterans, first-responders, teachers, and nurses, out of respect for their service to their community and/or our country.

Warranty Work
Any additional labor expended on site will be payable at the completion of the Service Call. Customer may pay by credit or with debit card, or in cash.
This work will only be performed with the advance approval of the Manufacturer or Extended Warranty Services Provider. Typically the Owner pays the direct labor costs and the Manufacturer reimburses the Owner for the work performed. On select cases we may agree to work directly for the Manufacturer or Extended Warranty Service Provider, provided that they agree to our commercial terms and are reasonable in the quantity of "shop time" labor hours and rates allowable for the scope of work.

Nathan is the owner and lead technician of Summit Mobile RV Tech Services and has years of hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. He brings a well-rounded skill set to offer reliable RV technical services. He stays up to date with continuing education and advanced training. His extensive background includes holding a board-certified master home inspection license and expertise in diagnosing, installing, and repairing air conditioners, water heaters, furnaces and refrigerators.
