  • 01  |  Search for public account 优空间Uspace and sign up for it.

  • 01  |  Enter self-storage booking process by clicking the lower menu 自助仓 — 我要定仓;
  • 02  |  Select 在线选仓 ;
  • 03  |  Choose a convenient location; an intented starting date and usage lenghth from the menu, then click 立即用仓.
  • Complete booking information
  • 01  |  Choose the size of storage cabin that caters to your need, select one from the available list to view the actual size and dimension - lenght x width(door side) x height; you may go back to view other cabin information or complete user form ( a photo ID is required). A payment detail is provided. You need to agree to the User Agreement before click the order 立即下单 button.

  • 01  |  Choose wechat pay to confirm the order immediately;
  • 02  |  For alipay or bank transfer users, please contact 010- 8646 2266 to verify the receipt of payment after completion;
  • 03  |  Unpaid orders will be cancelled in 30 minutes automatically.

  • 01  |  Once an order is paid, our service agent will contact the client by phone to verifiy relevant information before the intended starting date and give authorization to access the cabin. You are always welcome to contact us. Our 010- 8646 2266 service time is 9:00- 21:00.

  • 01  |  Clients may access to the list of orders from the menu of Member Center -我的订单 ，and extend or terminate the usage period as necessary.
  • Easy access
  • 01  |  The storage cabins are accessible 24hr- 7/7;
  • 02  |  With shortcut key 我要开仓 on self-storge menu, the client will get a QR code to open the main entrance gate and individual cabin. Each QR code is valid for 15minutes. The client may repeat the operation to get a new code;
  • 03  |  Wi-fi under name(s) of Uspace(x) is accessible throughout our facilities with one single password 20170108.
  • Open the QR lock
  • 01  |  Please touch the scanner to light it up, and scan the QR code received on the phone. In case of any problem, our service agent can be reached by pressing the ring key on the door bell near the equipment room.
