Please make possible to Add new items to "Top Sites" in 'New Tab' via drag links from other tabs content (and including tabs' url bar), or from 'Page actions' in every page 's url bar.

sorry, i think it might need to i express better, because my English is not full:

Add new items to "Top Sites" in 'New Tab' via drag links from other tabs content, and, other tab 's URL bar. Also can be added from 'Page actions' in every page 's URL bar.

According to bug 1610217, drag and drop should include bookmarks and history items. I don't think that's distinct enough to keep as a separate bug. If anything, the page actions button part should be split off, since it's unrelated to drag and drop.
