Hi,
I’m getting this error after registering for an event. I assume it’s connected to how I’m connecting to InfusionSoft. It looks like it’s attempting to assign a value to $product_Id.
I’m not trying to use a payment gateway in InfusionSoft, maybe this is what this is related to? How can I get the error to not show up?

I added the following to line 198
var_dump($event_products);
and received the following error
string(111) “ERROR: 1 – [InvalidConfig]Invalid Configuration: for help setting up your API, please contact Support ( ext. 2)”

I have followed the very simple instructions here:

Hi,
Can you check that the credentials in the Event Espresso > Infusionsoft Settings are correct and that they don’t have any spaces before or after them?
Also is the plugin up to date (ver 1.3.0)?

Hi Dean,
I checked the credentials multiple times (for spaces too) and no luck. The plugin was just downloaded yesterday. Checking InfusionSoft’s boards it could actually be their problem.

Or just google “InvalidConfig infusionsoft” and you’ll see the variety of people who’ve had the same problem.
When I hear from them I’ll update this forum.

InfusionSoft needed to reset my application and then everything worked. Hopefully this will help others if they have this same problem
