我院蔡孟兼博士出席IEEE TrustCom/BigDataSE/CSE/EUC/iSCI 2021国际学术会议报导

我院蔡孟兼博士出席IEEE TrustCom/BigDataSE/CSE/EUC/iSCI 2021国际学术会议。本次會議於10月20至22日在沈阳市华强诺华廷酒店召開，以信息网络、算法技术、区块链、大数据等网络技术应用的安全、隐私、政策等的方向與重心規劃學術報告的活動。于大会期间，蔡孟兼博士发表学术论文“Multidimensional Observation of Blockchain Security”（区块链安全的多元观察），从The Blockchain Mechanism makes Itself Higher Network Security（区块链的技术机理使得其具有更高的网络安全性）、Blockchain Advanced the Balance of Security and Efficiency（区块链推进了安全与效率的平衡）、The Game of Blockchain Tech Development and Itself Risk（区块链的技术发展与区块链安全风险的博弈）、Create the Blockchain Security Framework with the Concept of  "Zero-trust Security"（以“零信任安全”的理念构建区块链的安全架构）论证区块链的安全技术，以法律规制的目的与要求提出区块链的法律保障路径。
